In 2015, all companies were merged into the Avrupa Group of Companies. Avrupa Group of Companies has implemented the most comfortable and most functional private student dormitory in Turkey,Konforist-Konfor Istanbul, with the brand Konforist. Konforist Girls' Dormitory was opened in 2014 for the first time, and then Konforist Boys' Dormitory was put into service in 2015.
